Where sessions come from, and which sources actually convert. Organic and direct carry the site; paid search is barely present.

landing pages · last 90 days only — does not follow the toggleWhere visitors land. /contact-us/ shows 433 conversions on 411 sessions — the conversion event fires on that page, so this is where form submits happen (a session can convert more than once).

The GA4 console's headline conversion number is mostly not the website. This property imports ServiceTitan offline events (st_lead_calls, purchase) as key events — 16,777 of the 17,237 raw 90-day “conversions” are those imports, sitting on just 48 sessions of “(not set)” traffic. Every number on this page uses web-attributed conversions only, so it will not match the GA4 console — deliberately. The offline bucket is excluded from the channel table above for the same reason.
Paid search is currently tiny — roughly 288 sessions in 90 days. Organic search and direct traffic carry the site; whatever paid spend exists is not showing up as clicks.
Conversions on this page = GA4 key events that occurred in a real web session, attributed to that session's source. Engaged rate = engaged sessions ÷ sessions, GA4's own engagement definition.
Channel mapping is source/medium-derived. The connector exposes no channel-group column, so channels are reconstructed from source/medium — close to, but not identical with, GA4's default channel grouping.
Dates are hardcoded in the GA4 query params and refresh on redeploy — current as of 2026-08-25. The last partial day/month is excluded from tiles and charts.
