The levers
recomputes instantlyIncoming reviews are assumed to average 4.9★ — that is today's incoming quality, so the levers are volume and cleanup, not quality.
Projected rating over time
True average by month under the current settings. The marker is the month the Google-rounded number first ticks over to 4.9.
Estimated date for every score
at current settingsGoogle rounds to one decimal, so "shows 4.9" happens at a true average of 4.85 or better — not at 4.9 itself.

Incoming reviews average 4.9★. That is the quality of today's mix. If service quality slips, every date on this page moves out.
Removals succeed at the set pace only while the one-star pool lasts. Each successful removal takes one review and one star out of the ledger; once the pool is empty the lever goes dead.
Google's recency weighting is not modeled. This is plain arithmetic on the running total, not Google's algorithm — treat the dates as an honest floor-to-ceiling estimate, not a forecast.
Live inputs. The starting average, review count, and one-star pool are computed from the review feed at page load — Google-platform reviews with a star rating only. The feed refreshes every 6 hours.
Pace presets come from the same feed: rated Google reviews over the last 12 complete months and the last 3 complete months, divided out to a monthly rate.
